= Replaced Glow System with outlines, better for compatibility across mods.
+ Added items / hr tracker hover to Profit Tracker (/pft)
+ Added Highlight Thrown Anchor for T5 Vampire (with tracer)
= Changed scaling increment from 0.5 to 0.25 to be more precise
= Changed scaling of selected element to scaling of hovered element
