Drag across any slots
A demo mod's 3 x 3 grid of SlotKit slots, beside the inventory. A drag spreads the stack evenly across every slot it crosses, the grid's and the inventory's alike.
Double-click collects from every slot
Double-clicking a stack gathers matching items from the grid and the inventory onto the cursor.
Shift-click moves items in and out
Shift-click moves torches from the inventory into the grid, and cobblestone from the grid back to the inventory.
Q and Ctrl+Q drop from them
Q drops one item from the hovered slot, and Ctrl+Q drops the whole stack.
Number keys swap with the hotbar
Pressing 3 over a grid slot swaps it with hotbar slot 3, and pressing it again swaps back.
Accept only certain items
This slot takes pickaxes only. It shows a pickaxe outline and a hint, turns away cobblestone, and takes the iron pickaxe.
Cap how many fit
This slot holds at most 16. Clicking with 64 cobblestone puts 16 in and leaves 48 on the cursor.
Let items out but not in
The diamond can be taken out of this slot, but the slot won't take it back.
Add and remove slots while the screen is open
Add slot grows the row from two slots to four. Remove slot closes the newest slot, and its torches go back to the inventory.
Show and hide slots without losing items
Show slots opens a panel of three slots, and Hide slots closes it. The diamond put in the panel is still there when it opens again.
