Fixed message icon location

Armor items are rendered behind other HUD elements.

Armor slots now render behind the hotbar.

• Rewrote how the armor HUD is drawn
• Added more options for configuring the HUD's appearance, found in the "Advanced options" tab
• Renamed the "Low-durability indicator" tab to "Utility"
• Edited some tooltip descriptions
