SmartScreenshot

SmartScreenshot enhances the default Minecraft screenshot system by automatically generating a companion .txt file every time you take a screenshot. The mod listens for the game’s “Saved screenshot” message, detects the final file name assigned by Minecraft, and then creates a metadata file with the exact same name next to your PNG. This metadata file includes your current coordinates, rotation, and other useful F3-style information that helps you keep track of where and when each screenshot was taken. It is especially helpful for documenting builds, sharing locations, organizing world archives, and keeping consistent records for videos or world tours. The feature works entirely on the client side, requires no server support, and organizes all screenshots cleanly inside the default screenshots folder.
