Smooth Scroll

• This fabricmc mod adds smooth scrolling to various screens in Minecraft, for example: chat, hotbar, creative inventory and server/world/resourcepack list and more!
• You can customize all animation speeds or turn them off with a config file and pressing F3+T
• Config file is in .minecraft\config\smoothscroll.json
