Fixes
- Maps now render with smooth lighting when using the MoreCulling mod
Known issues
Paintings don't render with smooth lighting with the MoreCulling mod unless "Painting Culling" is disabled.- Fixed in MoreCulling v1.4.0
v1.3.x Changelog
Even better performance!!!!!!
Fixes
- Stored lighting values weren't working and now they are
- Relight maps and paintings when their rotation and facing directions change
Additions
- Now displays number of rendered maps and paintings in F3 debug menu
- This also shows the number of relit maps and paintings per frame (will be 0 in most cases)
Performance
When profiled with Spark, 2400 framed maps and ~1000 relights per second caused under 3% of render thread time to be taken up by the mod down from >10%. FPS is now the same as with smooth lighting disabled.
You should expect performance gains in all situations, with any reasonable amount of paintings or maps you should now get similar FPS to what you would without the mod.
Version support
- Support wider range of versions (1.21.2 - 1.21.6)
Changes
- Support wider range of versions (1.21.2 - 1.21.6-pre4)
