Snitch allows you to scan all mods at runtime for embedded dependencies.
Have you ever had a mod, meant to do one single thing, cause issues elsewhere, only to find it has downloaded All Of Fabric onto your Minecraft modpack? I mean, there's nothing wrong with using Fabric as a dependency, Sodium does it, Iris does it, but I really mean ALL of Fabric. The ENTIRE thing.
Snitch throws a warning based on a list of dependencies that are unwanted. It even supports referring to Jar artifacts as opposed to mod names, so if you have a grudge against FastNoise2, you can scan for that as well! (Not that you should, because it's great.)
The purpose of Snitch is to help diagnose issues faster by pointing towards which mods are loading which. It is an unfortunately bad habit that some mods do not document or otherwise clarify their use of dependencies.
