Snow Settings

1.21.1 version for the person who asked :)

I won't be updating this unfortanetly since it is incompatible with my library mods meaning I have to do it seperately and it's a pain to update stuff - to be honest I can't imagine it needing an update

Full Changelog

• Added game-rule doSnowMelting which is false by default. Prevents snow from melting near light sources
• Added block tag allows_snowfall which acts as a whitelist for which blocks snow can land on
• Added block tag prevents_snowfall which acts as a blacklist for which blocks snow can't land on. Is only used if allows_snowfall is empty
