Snowball and Egg Knockback

• Fixed creative/spectator players being affected

• Fixed vanilla knockback not applying to mobs.

• Added config options for applying custom knockback to players, blazes or other entities.

  • /snowkb traditional set true
  • /eggkb tradtional set true, and this will be on by default
• Prevented the config from being null
