Snowball and Egg Knockback

Update to 1.21

Updated to support 1.20.5 and 1.20.6

• Add option to use vanilla-style knockback, which is used now used by default:
  • /snowkb traditional set true
  • /eggkb tradtional set true, and this will be on by default
• Prevented the config from being null
