Fixed raycaster bug
YOU SHOULD PROBABLY DELETE OLD CONFIG FILE.

- Hopefully fixed problems with config.
- New block - Digitizer (partial port of Digital Items 2)

- Removed pos caching option of raycaster and range goggles
