adds the sonic drowning system aswell as music when you drown,

-changes-

your oxygen bar now instantly regens when resurfacing

you now die instantly when your oxygen bar hits 0

water breathing potions now treat you as if you are not in water instead of pausing your oxygen bar

the drowning theme from sonic adventure 2 now plays when your oxygen bar is on 7 or less (will not play while wearing a helmet enchanted with respiration)
