SoraTiers is a client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft that displays PvP player tier rankings from the SoraTiers API directly in game.

Features

In-Game Nametags

• Display tier ratings alongside player nametags.
• Render official gamemode icons next to player tiers.
• Color code gamemode icons while rendering tier ratings in a uniform gray style.
• Prevent formatting bleeding so server-defined team tags and nametag colors remain unchanged.

Configuration Menu

• Automatically fetch active gamemodes and player profile data from the SoraTiers API.
• Select which gamemode rank to display using a grid menu interface.

Chat Integration

• Render active player tier ratings and gamemode icons next to player names in chat messages.

Configuration & Commands

Access the settings menu via ModMenu to change display options:

• Highest Tier Available: Display a player's highest tier across all tracked gamemodes.
• Specific Gamemode: Display a player's tier for a selected gamemode.

Dependencies & Compatibility

• Fabric Loader: Required.
• Fabric API: Required.
• ModMenu: Optional, recommended to access the in-game configuration menu.

Compatible with client optimization and cosmetic mods, including Sodium, Lithium, Essential, and Iris Shaders.

Compliance

• Client-side visual modification only. Does not alter combat mechanics or gameplay logic.
• Data and icon assets fetch directly from the SoraTiers Web API.
