Uncommon: Slighly rarer version of common mobs
Shiny: Extremly rare rarity that grants the mob a large health increase and makes them drop 5x experience, they are easily visable as they have a sparkly glow around them

Added new commands to allow spawning a mob with a specified rarity using /additions summon <entity> <rarity>
Added a new config option to allow mobs with rarities to have that said rarity infront of their display name when spawned (disabled by default)

Added new mob rarity system:
Mobs can now spawn as common/rare/epic/legendary variants
These variants spawn with random hp values slightly above their base hp scailing upon higher rarities, with epic and legendary variant mobs also dropping extra experience, this system was added to add more variety to mob health so its not just a fixed value always
This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled via config
