Add translation keys, improve Above hotbar spell layout
Added a new hud option that renders above the hotbar if there are spells (no spells and it wont move the status bars)
Fix drag area for up and downward version of grid and vertical
Fix hud moving when more rows are added
Added Circular Hud option
Added up and downwards versions of Grid and Vertical Hud option
