- Fix necromancer killer tracker not resetting in between rounds, now they actually need one of their cohorts dead to revive someone

- A new killer role that starts off with 0 gold.
- Every minute performs a payout.
- Payouts give Avaricious players +10 gold for every player in a 7 block radius around them (excluding themselves).
- Avaricious players only spawn in 12+ player lobbies.
- (Payout may be scaled in the future when further testing comes in.)

- Added a heads up display to show that they can take a role

- Fixed dousing not being removed from players in between rounds
- New formula for the douse cooldown
- Necromancer:
- Only can appear when there's more than 1 killer
- Is a killer role, but doesn't have a shop
- Cooldown of 3 minutes
- Requires that one of their killer cohorts are dead for resurrection

- A pair that are life-linked, they may be a Civilian-Civilian or Killer-Civilian pair
- Their goal is to be the last two standing, but they can win alongside the Civilians if they are both Civilians
