Fix: wacky player vision when respawn in server world on a bed vehicle. if two or more bed vehicles stay in the same chunk, when one goes away, the chunk will be unloaded.
Add 6×16 bed boats and 16 bed minecarts.
All bed vehicles can be regard as your respawn point, and also load the chunks where they are.
