Subtle Name Tags

You can now hide your player name by being far away or behind a wall!

Stealthy Player Tags makes nametags only render when the you're in a certain range from the entity (default 7 blocks, configurable) with an unobstructed view of them and looking in their general direction.

This aims to make nametag rendering a more deliberate and intentional thing rather than always being there blowing your cover.
