Survival Sickness
Survival Sickness adds a deeper survival health system to Minecraft. Players can catch diseases from bad weather, mobs, unsafe food, desert heat, freezing, low sleep, wounds, and underwater strain.
To survive, you must prepare medicines, collect medical ingredients, use the Medicine Mixer, and trade with Doctor villagers.
This mod is made for survival, hardcore worlds, and multiplayer servers where health management should feel more meaningful.

Start your world normally. Collect wood, food, stone tools, and basic resources.
As you explore, collect medicine ingredients from crafting, mining, and loot chests. You will need these to prepare medicines later.

Crystal Salt is an important medical material used for medicine crafting and the Medicine Mixer.
To get Crystal Salt:
Mine Raw Crystal Ore underground. Get Raw Crystal from the ore. Smelt Raw Crystal in a furnace. Receive Crystal Salt.
Raw Crystal Ore has two variants:

Raw Crystal Ore generates in the Overworld with iron-like underground generation.
Medicine Mixer
The Medicine Mixer is the main workstation used to create medicines.
To use it:
Place the Medicine Mixer. Add Medical Catalyst as fuel. Add a Clean Water Bottle. Add the correct two medicine ingredients. Wait for the mixing progress to finish. Take the finished medicine from the output slot.
One Medical Catalyst gives fuel for multiple medicines.
Medicines are made inside the Medicine Mixer, not in the crafting table.

Villagers can become Doctors when a Medicine Mixer is nearby.
How to get a Doctor:
Place a Medicine Mixer near a villager. Wait for the villager to become a Doctor. Right-click the Doctor with an empty hand. The Doctor can diagnose your sickness and offer medicine trades.
Doctors are useful when you do not have the ingredients to prepare medicine yourself.

This mod works well for survival servers, hardcore worlds, and roleplay-style survival gameplay.
