Zoma's SwordSkill Mod

• Implemented weapon type: Mace
• Added 5 new sword skills for the Mace
• Fixed an issue where vertical light effects were too dark

Implemented animations using PlayerAnimator

• Adjusted sword skill activation speed due to PlayerAnimator implementation
• Fixed an issue where weapons could not be changed with the mouse wheel during sword skills
• Implemented a feature where Claw weapon cooldown is halved when dual-wielded
• Resolved an issue where sword skills were not updated with /reload when creating data packs
• Changed the system so that when "name" and "weapontype" are the same, both are applied
• Fixed an issue where the HUD's initial position was incorrect
