Symmetry

Description

Symmetry is a client-side Minecraft mod and Litematica extension for visualizing symmetrical builds in real time. It mirrors your build as schematic holograms while you place and break blocks.

Usage

The default hotkey to symmetrize the current area selection is R.

The options added to Litematica's config are:

• symmetrySchematicEditBehavior, which controls if the Schematic Edit tool mode should be restricted on Symmetry's schematics.
• symmetrizeIfSelectedPlacement, which determines whether the hotkey should still trigger if a schematic placement is already selected. This is useful to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate schematics and placements.
• ignoreServerSymmetryEdits, which prevents block updates received from the server from altering Symmetry's schematics, meaning only the client player can do so.
