[Tacz] Slings

Adds a sling system for use with tacz using curios api

to use simply: put the gun into the sling item put the sling in your curios slot press X(default keybind) to either draw the gun from or put the gun back in your sling

features: teired slings with different draw and putaway delays gun swapping

full survival compat

config file(stored in serverconfig folder in world folder)
