Talismans
Ever had a tool you wanted to keep around without the worries of decay or damage, sver felt that armour just wasn't enough, ever wanted to change the world to your whim?
Well, an ancient sect of Villagers have kept the secret of the Talismans for too long, and now the secrets out, and they are yours to create!
Talismans is an Endgame Vanilla+ mod that introduces powerful artifacts known as the Talismans, that give you extremely powerful abilities or buffs befitting a "true endgame". They are not easy to create - and require you to go far & wide to make them possible.
Talismans
Talisman of the Void
- The Talisman of the void, when held, allows the user to collect the uncollectable, such as Bedrock, Reinforced Deepslate, or even End Portal Frames.
Talisman of the Anaglyph
- The Talisman of the Anaglyph phases blocks in and out of existence, changing their very structure into something similar, but different, from what it was.
Talisman of Mending Tides
- The Talisman of Mending Tides, when in the holder's inventory, will occasionally fix & mend damage taken by the user's armour & tools.
Talisman of the Unbreaking Fabric
- The Talisman of the Unbreaking Fabric calls down the ether itself to forge your tool anew when both the tool and the talisman are held. It will be consumed.
Talisman of the Sitting Turtle
- The Talisman of the Sitting Turtle hardens the skin and makes you more resillient up to twice. It will also however kill the greedy, so do not use it thrice.
Talisman of Phantom Insight
- The Talisman of Phantom Insight lets you see the night as it were in day.
Talisman of Called Wind
- The Talisman of Called Wind condenses the air to act as a portal for one random creature.
How to use the Talisman of the Unbreaking Fabric.
Ensure that for all scenarios, you are holding an item in BOTH HANDS - the item you want affixed, and the talisman. It will not work if either hand is empty.
- For Ranged weapons, place them in your offhand, then use the talisman in your main hand
- For Regular weapons and tools, either hand works
- For Armour, have your main hand empty, put a piece of armour on your hotbar, and use the talisman in your offhand. Quickly scroll over to an armour piece in your hotbar. I could not find an easier way for this.
