Version 2.1.0 - V amount system and V toxicity update! Plus numerous bug fixes and rebalances.
Dependencies:
- Fabric API (duh)
- PlayerAnimator
- LambDynamicLights (You don't actually need this, but the visuals will look very half-baked without it!!)
- SatinAPI (Again, not mandatory. But very recommended (even though only 1 power uses it)
This mod adds Compound V and it's variants to the game. Drink the V and gain a random power. Most powers are completely overpowered, and have an active ability. All powers also give you varying levels of resistance, strength and regeneration. For example, becoming Homelander will give you a resistance IV effect, which is 80% damage reduction. Broken, yes I hear you, but balancing is a nightmare and the mod is still freshly made!
Custom Features:
- Custom Flight System
- Creative Flight, but sprint is replaced by a faster, more immersive flight.
- Energy System
- A lot of supes have a special energy bar. Using abilities will spend energy.
- Energy recharges automatically when idling.
- Some supes have special energy systems, e.g. A-Train's energy is just a second hunger bar and Blood Manipulation users use blood dropped from entities.
- A lot of supes have a special energy bar. Using abilities will spend energy.
- Customization
- A built in HUD editor that lets you re-arrange and resize the UI elements of the mod.
- In-game menu where you can change the order of your abilities, their keybind and learn what they do.
- Beam Clashes!
- When two lasers meet, they will enter a beam clash. The stronger laser will push the weaker one back, eventually exploding at the end.
- Equal beams do a stalemate and explode in the center of the distance between 2 players.
- Granite Charged Shot can only participate in beam clashing with another Granite Charged. Trying to beam clash with any other laser will result in total defeat.
- Gaining an ability will make you be unable to control it for a few seconds. Be careful!

- Homelander
- Fire controllable heat vision out of your eyes
- Custom Flight, comparable to elytra with infinite fireworks
- Grab entities, throw them, clap to create shockwaves, punch the ground to start an earthquake.
- A-Train
- Configurable speed boost that spawns shockwaves, afterimages and can break through wood and cobble.
- Also lets you step up up to 3 block walls
- Stormfront
- Lightning attacks, a simple bolt or a continuous stream that can control targets.
- Lightning can go through conductive blocks (Copper and iron) and chain around to extend your range or create guaranteed hit domains.
- Custom flight that is harder to control
- Queen Maeve
- Enhanced speed and jump plus a long jump mode where you launch farther and can do a Judgement kick on enemies.
- Grab entities, throw them, clap to create shockwaves, punch the ground to start an earthquake.
- Oh Father
- Wide area shouts that knock back entities and can stagger supes for a short duration.
- Use /speech add to add your own phrases to use for the shouts.
- Starlight
- Absorb energy from redstone-related blocks to fuel yourself
- Release strong,blinding blasts of light, or a stronger one if you manage to hit it
- Custom flight, same as Homelander
- Soldier Boy
- Fire a deadly chest blast that instantly depowers other supes permanently and probably also kills them.
- Butcher
- Send and control tendrils out of your chest! You can use them like a whip or grab and immobilize enemies and rip them apart. (in other words deal heavy damage)
- Your tendrils defend you! Attackers automatically get grabbed and immobilized
- Your tendrils can be killed. You take damage and the grabbed enemy is released.
- Black Noir
- Become completely quiet and invisible.
- You can sword block now.
- You can also dodge.
- Kimiko
- Gain the ability to rapidly regenerate, an increased health pool and the power of chest blasting.
- And also radiation powers, because why not
- Blood Manipulation
- Absorb some blood your enemies spill, or use the already existing blood on the ground to create blood shards and beams
- Explode blood-having entities from within
- Create blood tentacles that function similar to Butcher
- Extra: Piercing Blood from JJK
- Translucent
- Switch to being completely invisible.
- While invisible, you are also much tougher, but you also can’t see.
- Use the Satin API mod for very, very nice visuals, please.
- Harper
- Copy another player's active power by hitting them. The copied power lasts for 60 seconds.
- Love Sausage
- Imagine Butcher, but one tentacle only. And also the positioning is suspicious
- Jetstreak
- Homelander, but you only get the flight.
- You also get the grab ability.
- Guest Ability: Granite Blast
- Fire a strong beam outta your head! Pierces through enviroment and deals heavy damage
- Fire an even stronger beam by charging it. Pierces through enviroment by disintegrating that enviroment.
- You can also fire bullets or a barrage of bullets.
- Homing shots! Tag an entity and release powerful lasers into the air that track down the target and rain down from above. And they explode too.
- Guest Ability: Necromancer
- Kill and absorb the souls of hostile mobs to gain them as your army
- Summoned souls gain extra stats and can be controlled who to specifically target.
- Yes, you can summon the Warden or a Wither
How to Obtain Compound V?
Typing it out and adding images is tedious, here is a big image instead:
What about V-One and Anti V? What the hell is a Horrible-Looking Mixture?
- You get V-One from Ancient Cities, End Ships and Bastion Treasure. It is however extremely rare and is more fatal than rewarding.
- Anti V is brewed with a wither rose. Use it to remove your active power.
- You make Godolkin Virus with the Horrible-Looking Mixture. It temporarily disables powers of the supes. Make sure to add redstone and gunpowder.
IMPORTANT!
Always brew with all 3 slots full, otherwise it wont work. There are more items in the mod, but they aren't important here. You can always get a Guidebook in-game for everything after crafting the Compound Catalyst.
