Changes: 
 -Rookies evolve at level 20 to give more time to get the data for evos
 -Same reason Champions now evolve on 40
 -Made ridden digimon rarer (it was 50% chance now its 10%)
 -New HolyAngemon anims
 -Made Nether digimon spawns choices make more sense
 -Added Fire Immunity to some digimon
