The Dreamland

Welcome to The Dreamland - an ethereal realm constructed by The Amalgamation - an acnient extraterrestrial gravemind that's omnipresent. Here you will find: Purgenation, Amalgamation's extension; dimensions and liminal spaces; trapped souls and many more! On start of your walkthrough with this mod, you may be lucky to stumble upon Purgenated Biomes - they were already converted into Purgenators' home. And even if you find yourself in Dreamland, remember: don't panic.

The Dreamland is another take of these 'ARG Horror mods', offering another story of players trapped and dead, all because of one ancient being. It's inspired by Untitled.log, Outin.frombelowland and Gonebutnotforgotten.INFINITY.

Be warned, despite having some of ARG-like elements, this mod is NOT an ARG. Just a mod with lore and backstory that can be found in files and videos.

For clarifications, the spawn system rarity is based on the next system:

-to make entities rarer, the spawn chance is 'Random in range 0 to 1 < 1 divided by X', where X is a configurable variable in config files. The stronger an entity is, the bigger a number is.

-Don't rush to mine Celestial blocks (found on The Roof) if you aren't prepared. Mining the block will trigger several Souls and cause them to spawn already active or spawn at all. This works only for Souls.

-Escaping Dreamland triggers Invasion Advancement. It means that stronger Purgenators can spawn, both in Overworld and Dreamland in some levels (such as Endless Cathedra;, or upcoming Endless Factory). Also Invasion Advancement will awaken some Souls as an alternative to escalation from Celestial Block mining and in a way is more effective in triggering Souls than mining the aforementioned block.

Current contents:

-over 17 dimensions.

-over 30 entities.

-the ability to free trapped souls.

-items to better fight off Purgenation, Souls and The Abyssborns.

-trading with one of Souls!

-banishment - you can actually beat Amalgamaiton and stop it.

-The Purgenation - the extension of Amalgamation and a mechanical infection which spreads as you explore Dreamland.

-Escalation of danger - the more you engage, the more dangerous levels become.

-Ambients.

-Bossfights for more epicness: each playergroup's leader, Collectivists' Boss Rush, Streamy Boss, and Amalgamation as Final Boss.
