The Eferave is a dimension in the sky that can be accessed with a flint and tear. You can craft this with a flint and a ghast tear and use it above y=300.
The dimension only contains one biome for now but two more biomes are planned in the future.
The biome that is present right now is the Eferave plains: a vast land roamed with buffalos and ostriches. You can also find a quite rare Arachnyd Boss which allows you to create an invisibility cloak !
