If you wished Minecraft was a little more zany, wacko, and loony, well I would say you've come to the right place, but thats beating a dead horse.
Here you can find a little bit of everything including: Several new ores, Two boss fights, Several structures, A couple new mobs, A whole new dimention, Two biomes, and many many random items!
As for those ores in question:

Rubies: Used to craft equipment slightly worse than diamonds.
Experium: Can brew bottles 'o' enchanting.
Mythril: Crafts equipment slightly better than iron.
Ratatouille: Used to make rats and Rat Skin armor.
Sulfur: Makes gunpowder and toxic gas.
Sapphire: Crafts equipment simular to iron; Has effective pickaxe.
Topaz: Crafts equipment simular to iron; Has effective sword.
Bismuth: Crafts equipment simular to diamond, and has a few building blocks.\
Those bosses:

Gregory: An omnipotent cat that is immune to nearly everything, except for anvils, and shoots fish. When killed he will drop Gregory's Claws.
Rat King: The king of the rats that makes all the rules. The king will summon rats, and will have them attack you. On death he will drop the Rat Crown.
Note: Rats will obey the rat king first and then the player.
The structures:

Quartz Spire: A large spire with treasure hidden inside.
Quartz Death Pit: A pit where criminals were put to death, and their possessions confiscated.
Quartz Fountain: A fountain with hidden treasure, mainly enchanting supplies.
Gregory's Island: The private island where Gregory can found when he doesn't end the world.
Rat King Nest: The nest where the Rat King is found, and where the king stores his treasure.
Quartz House: A building where ancient people lived and stored their items.\
The mobs:

Rat: A small rodent that can do the player's bidding.
Fat Rat: An upgraded version of a normal rat.
Obese Rat: The final version of rats.
Watsdatsmel: One of my friends, who gave him self a thousand health, stupid high knockback, and a diamond sword. You can trade gold with him to get netherite. Drops Broken Glasses and 50 levels worth of exp.
ItzAMeSmack: Another one of my friends, who gave himself a full suit of netherite armor and a overpowered sword. Drops the Emo Larry Sword of Doom.
Albino Enderman: A rare, white variant of the enderman. Drops Ranch.
The dimension:

Watsdat: Uses nether-like terrian generation. Walls are made of diamond ore, blocks of emeralds serve as grass, raw copper blocks serve as dirt, raw gold blocks serves as the ocean floor, oceans of water, and blobs blocks of iron and coal are scattered across the walls. Watsdatsmels spawn naturally here in the dimension. The portal to this dimension is made of netherite blocks and is ignited by Broken Glasses.
Those biomes:

Heaven: Not what it sounds like. Insanely rare for your safety, and found in the overworld. The biome covered in blue grass with trees made of cherry log trunks and Ruby block leaves scattered about. Allays and wardens spawn all over the place. WatsdatsmelBiome: See the Watsdat dimension for more information
And finally the pool of items:

Portable Rat: Right click a block to summon a Rat.
Portable Fat Rat: Right click a block to summon a Fat Rat.
Portable Obese Rat: Right click a block to summon a Obese Rat.
Sulfuric Gas Capsule: Throwable item that creates a toxic gas cloud
Glass Sword: A sword made of glass that deals major damage, but destroyed upon hit.
Rat Staff: Used to control rats. Hit an entity with the staff to tell your rats to attack the entity you hit.
Pencil: A "weapon" that has very little attack cooldown.
Toaster: Turns bread into toast. Don't use in water.
Broken Glasses: Can ignite the portal to the Watsdat dimension.
Ironer: Lights entities on fire when hit. Do not eat.
Root Beer: When consumed, the player is granted every beneficial effect in the game for 5 minutes.
Toast: A slice of bread. Thats it.
Chicken Noodle Soup: Grants a couple random effects with random durations and amplifiers.
Ranch: Consumable item. Can be put on chicken.
Ranch Chicken: Chicken covered in ranch, and gives nausea because ranch is the worst conidm-.
Gregory's Claws: A powerful weapon that deals huge damage with a long cooldown.
Rat Crown: The crown of the Rat King. Gives strength and regeneration to all nearby rats.
Emo Larry Sword of Doom: Deals stupid amounts of damage. Right click to summon lightning.
Toothbrush: Insta-kills anything you click on. Recommened by 9 out of 10 dentists.
Catnip: Summons Gregory somewhere near you.
Fresh Meat: Summons the Rat King somewhere near you.\
