Shiro Memory Cleanup Mod
Shiro is a lightweight client-side mod that helps reduce memory usage and improve performance by automatically cleaning up unused data while you play.
It is especially useful for players on low-end hardware or anyone who wants smoother performance during long play sessions.
What it does
Clears unused chunks, particles, and sound data when disconnecting from a world.
Runs in the background and automatically triggers garbage collection when memory usage gets too high.
Provides a "/mem clean" "/mem hud"(before 1.1.8 its "/mem" and "/memgui") command to check memory usage in-game.
Why use it?
Minecraft doesn't always clean up memory efficiently. Over time, especially after switching servers or playing for long periods, memory usage can grow and cause lag or even crashes. Shiro helps by freeing up that memory more aggressively and intelligently.
Key Points:
Lower RAM usage
Fewer lag spikes
More stable FPS over time
Fully client-side
Lightweight and fast
Compatible with most Fabric mods
Notes:
This Project Will Continue To Get Updates
Updates Will Come Daily|Weekly|Monthly Based On The Size Of Update
If Updates Doesnt Come In Regular Order I Either Will Be Waiting For Game Update Or The Size Of Content Will Be Bigger For The New Version
Because JVM needs to warm up for the changes made by mod its best to restart minecraft 1 time after game opens with mod
For The Best Experience And Less Bugs Use The Latest Version Of The Mod
And If Your Game Still Crashes After Doing Everything Correct It Can Be Caused By JRE, If Thats The Case Use JDK (Reason Is The Java Agent Used In My Mod)
