Mod to improve totem experiences.

Features:

• custom self totem pop sound (enemy pop sound unchanged)
• hotkey to equip totem
• autototem with custom delay
• able to refill totem on both offhand and mainhand
• totem pop overlay: outline on screen when popped
• totem count: show how many totem left
• replenish item: replenish item when pressed hotkey
• [new] curser snap on totem: move curser to totem when open inventory after popped
