Fix Trigger config having incorrect definition
The SpawnsWith feature has been completely reworked so it doesn't hang worldgen.
trains_tweaks:enchant_max now checks for the absence of curse and treasure tags, instead of the presence of the in enchanting table tag
the trigger feature can now be disabled to improve performance

Turns out the Wolf feature was a bit broken, this fixes it.
