4.0.1
Compatibility
Changes
- Added support for 26.3.
4.0.1 Changelogs
- Ownership list now supports multiple players per trim. Old names will automatically convert to the new format but may not work with revoke functions.
- Unfortunately, it'll only display multiple names in the owner list on 1.21+, but will still change to the name to other owners if revoked.
- Opening settings menu will grant the settings note guide, allowing full advancement completion again
- Revoke function will no longer work on offline players, but is properly logged and relies on context (
execute as)- Added a separate
debug/revoke/target_offlinefunction that requires specific parameters, only on 1.20.2+, which'll revoke the ownership of a player once they rejoin. - Example:
/function blue:tr/debug/revoke/target_offline {name:"ActuallyBlue",trim:"tide"}. Names are case-sensitive.
- Added a separate
- Added a custom objective state opposite of the current custom one; any player besides its owner(s) can progress it
- Reverted completion templates to be directly given to players again, instead of dropped
- Players will now only auto-trust themselves upon equipping a trim or opening the trust menu, instead of upon joining.
- Added a
completion/randomcommand for 1.21+ that gives the context a random trim they don't own - Ownership can no longer be transferred to (or stolen by) players with the same ownership
- Killing a Wither now automatically updates attributes, possibly applying synergy.
- Spire's ambient particles are now purple instead of white, and reduced the scale of amethyst for it
- Sounds and ambient particles will now only activate within a range, very slightly improving both client and server performance.
- Removed the lodestone recipe change that was made for Wayfinder
Trim changes
- Host's Exchange will take longer on mobs, and even longer against untrusted players where it'll also not try sacrificing health to them.
- Host's trust is now more unique and requires the target to also have the user trusted
- Sentry's Sharpshooter will no longer build up when landing hits on themselves on 1.21+
- Bolt's returning Placement trail now has a longer range. Been limited for performance reasons
- Ward's barrier now hits slightly around the player upon use, and Rib's Nether Volley projectiles spawn further back ; letting the abilities hit targets that are very close
- Snout's "Halt"-Gamble will properly refresh if activated again, but also not continue making sounds if nothing was affected
- Wayfinder's Grapple uses half as much durability in old growth biomes, but also reduced the strength of unbreaking
- Vex now uses Vex sounds for Isolation, instead of Allay sounds
- Increased hits required to activate Vex's Vulnerability
- Dune's sand toss distance is lower if hit while sneaking, and slightly increased the punch hitbox. Blocks that land and don't hit a target or place a block will drop the sand item.
- Reduced visibility of Sandstorm-hidden Ender Pearls.
- Fixed the default death message not giving credit and some blocks not working properly. Requires resource pack update for the former.
- Shaper's explosions will give proper credit on 1.21.6+, and death no longer cancels Explosive Impact but improved detection for fall damage being reset
- Eye's Disfigure can now mark the projectiles if they're close to eachother, and the list of disfigurable entities (amongst other things) is more easily configurable
- Slight reduction to the range of Grand Reveal and increased the particle distance so they match slightly more. Also added a small indicator to the size of Stalk, with all "on-sight" effects working through leaves.
- Various buffs for Rib:
- Nether Volley only requires combat if holding an item, and the skull will also deal more damage but focused over a shorter period, with fireball shooting multiple out.
- Wither Skull functionality has also been adjusted, making the speed consistent and increasing the hitbox against entities, while also removing the wither effect clearing and griefing
- Both the Wither Skull and Fireball will be stronger if used inside the Nether. Cooldown is halved during Ashen Trance, stacking with Nether Fortresses.
- Withering chance is increased while in the Nether, and guaranteed during Ashen Trance.
- Killing any mob as Rib will reduce all cooldowns by a few seconds
- Nether Volley only requires combat if holding an item, and the skull will also deal more damage but focused over a shorter period, with fireball shooting multiple out.
Materials & Objectives
-
Increased the strength of environmental effects that require structures or rare biomes (Gamble, Nether Volley, Endurance, Aquatic, etc)
-
Slightly reduced the strength of Lapis Lazuli and Quartz materials
-
Dune's quest no longer requires the suspicious sand blocks to be touching, and will be checked more frequently
-
Shaper's quest now has a (less strict) minimum health requirement but needs TNT, like originally intended
-
Abandoned Camps count towards Wayfinder's quest on 26.3+
Fixes
- Eye's Alarm player notification not working, and Scare not dealing damage on <1.21
- One of Eye's fear effects not clearing the data it applies, possibly affecting other displays. Also fixed Reveal granting Fear to creative and spectator players
- Silence's Darkness not requiring being in combat
- Spire's Reversal not having full strength against other players
- Few subtle visual issues with Ward's Kinetic Deflection, namely the barrier, like an incorrect visual frame. And persistent knockback resistance fron Stonewall
- Rib's Nether Volley hitbox persisting upon reaching certain conditions, the projectiles sometimes not giving kill credit, and Wither Skull being able to hit its user.
- Host completion not properly swapping places, losing health even when near a mob if no cures, and village detection always being true on 1.20.5
- Armor stand in Flow's Gust ability sometimes being visible for a tick
- Raiser's Proficiency not working too well on 1.20.2 - 1.20.5
- A slight delay in Sentry refresh on 1.20.2+, and Wayfinder's Warp particles on 1.21.5+
- One of Snout's effects not being translated for the user
- Templates sometimes entering a return-loop with multiple owners. Full per-player storage implementation later
- Some duration-based entities persisting until used again if the server stops while they exist
- Items not returning after death with specific conditions when they're probably expected to
- Rare bug that could possibly cause click detection (Florist, Sting, Nether Volley) to be delayed under specific conditions
- Waypoint data not getting removed from players if they rejoin after "Trim Locator Bar" is disabled
- Datapack not being displayed as supported in-game
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
