UNCOMPILED is a psychological horror mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1, built with NeoForge. It transforms familiar worlds into unsettling experiences filled with unpredictable encounters, stalking entities, visual glitches, environmental illusions, distorted sounds, and strange events that react to the player’s actions.

Rather than depending entirely on traditional jumpscares, the mod gradually builds tension and paranoia. Figures may watch from a distance, follow the player, disappear when noticed, imitate familiar behavior, or appear where they should not be. The environment can seem corrupted or unstable without permanently damaging the world.

Every encounter is designed to feel uncertain and difficult to predict. You may hear something behind you, notice movement in the distance, receive disturbing messages, or begin questioning whether what you saw was real.

UNCOMPILED makes Minecraft feel unfamiliar, watched, and deeply unsafe.
