- Added Nomad Citizenship. Removes faction citizenship from player.
- Added ability to give citizenship to other entities allowing them to switch/join factions
- Removed 1 second invincibility after being hurt in order for better Epic Fight compatibility

- Added Grouping Wand that allows clicked entities to join Raiding Group as well as mount and dismount horses and carriage.
- Friendly mobs such as Iron Golem will no longer attack friendly factions. Friendly mobs will instead join that faction.
