This version is just an update of v3.3.0 to 1.19.4 & 1.20.
- Removed Redstoned jukeboxes tweak as it is now part of vanilla
- Added new option to make rename items in anvil always cost 1 xp level
- Added new option to limit enchantment cost to a max of 39 xp levels, making them impossible to be too expensive
