Vanilla wood Variations

Adds blocks for a lot of missing models using vanilla textures.

Includes recipes for survival.

A lot of textures have missing blocks that look nice in my opinion, so here they are bundled up in a mod!

Included block types:

*button *fence *fence gate *slab *stairs *wall

*stripped button *stripped fence *stripped fence gate *stripped slab *stripped stairs *stripped wall

for ALL wood types, including crimson and warped.

Log slabs and walls are included here, I think they look nice.

Side note: Some of the other block types are left out intentionally by Mojang, and I see why. (Trust me they look funny)
