Villager Recruits

• fixed recruits dismounting smallships and get stuck

• fixed recruits getting stuck when following a path (hold-pos, move, upkeep)

• fixed recruits team issues and bugs

• fixed logo not loading correctly in mod menu

• added recruit are forced to resupply each time upkeep button is pressed

• added "disband group" button and "assign group to teammate" button in disbanding menu

• added "keep team" button in disbanding menu and removed from config

(no need to backup the config as the value will be ignored by code)
