If you know Shattered Pixel Dungeon and played the warrior in version 3.1 you know how it works. Just wear some armor, put the seal in the 9th slot of your hotbar and when you fall below half hp (compatible with custom hp amounts) you'll get absorption as well as resistance if you wear diamond or netherite armor, regeneration if wearing golden armor and fire resistance if wearing netherite armor. Incompatible with custom armor.
