Updated for 26.3.
The method to detect custom blocks placement, opening, and removal have heavily changed, involving a massive performances gain on those actions. Now using glow item frames placement-based detection for the placement, and looking at controllers (markers) for the opening.
Items version increased accordingly.
For resources pack makers: note that those items now use glow_item_frame ids.
Some packages (get_player_name, dynamic_item) have also been slightly optimized.
Distances calculations ("manhattan" and "euclidean") now are computed with number providers.
The XP consumption setting now returns an error if the input mode is invalid (previously defaulting to euclidean mode in case of invalid mode).
