This mod adds translucent flowing wind streaks to the air

• mod menu integration for full configs
• wind streaks will try to dynamicly flow around structures/blocks
• the current time and weather effect the colour of the streaks
• your curent height effects how intense and frequent the windstreaks will spawn and move
• works shaders, bsl tested
• only tested in 1.21.1 | 99% shure thats the only version it will curently work in
