Tired of endlessly farming nether fortresses just to collect way fewer Wither Skeleton Skulls than your time was worth?

WitherTurnsSkeletons makes Wither Skeletons farmable:

Similar to how skeletons turn into stray when in powder snow and zombies turning to drowned when underwater skeletons, that are affected by the wither potion effect will change to wither skeletons after a short time (100 ticks).
