1.0.3: Client now sends the server timestamped position packets to be used to calculate velocity, which should (HOPEFULLY) fix inconsistency issues.

Adjusted the serverbound packet to have a short that tells the server what version of MC the mod was made for.
NOTE: 1.21.2+ will (automatically) force the player to respawn/unpause in OAK BOATS ONLY.
