Added a config file which can be used to configure the following things:
- Filter files by file extension (new feature)
- Filter files by header (new feature)
- Filter mode (should the listed file extensions be whitelisted or blacklisted)
- Required permission level to download the datapacks folder (previously hardcoded to 4)
- Required permission level to write to the servers datapacks folder (previously hardcoded to 4)
Can now sync single files that exceed the max packet size (theoretically, timeouts and other things I don't quite understand yet are still a thing)
Includes Fix for a bug that causes deletetion of all region files upon /worldaccess-push
Files will from now on only be marked as release after real world testing.
Update to the newest versions
The current one works for a couple more versions than just the one.
