Handcuffs

Handcuffs is a simple Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that adds a new item used to permanently disable the AI of living entities.

Features

  • Adds a new Handcuffs item.
  • Craftable using 2 Iron Ingots and 1 Lead.
  • Can be used on almost any Living Entity, including most vanilla mobs and many Forge modded entities.
  • Applying Handcuffs permanently disables the entity's AI.
  • Handcuffed entities no longer move, attack, flee, patrol, or perform any AI behaviors.
  • The AI-disabled state is saved with the world and remains after reloading.
  • Does not modify vanilla entity classes or require Mixins, improving compatibility with other Forge mods.
