• Added Cardboard Pennys which can be made with cardboard money, 1 gives you 9 pennys (it's how cardboard currency works, you wouldn't get it)

• Added Magical Cardboard Penny which can be gotten by right-clicking a Cardboard Block with a Cardboard Penny

• Added Cardboard Coffee which gives you speed II when drinked, and it's digestable
