Huge overhaul! More raytracing on some disasters, black hole is now modeled, there is now a command (/disaster), new volcano, a fixed Crasher, and etc.

Adds Timephoon (Summoner has temporary texture), force feeding Bred into other entities, Blackholes (with no model, this is also temporary), implements Wildfires, and adds 2 items, the Crasher and Time Stick! This has a new dependancy, Tickrate API
Adds a Wildfire (not fully implemented, only summoned by /summon), and improves the lava balls. Also decreased the chance of Earthquakes
Fixed the gas texture!
