Zombie Enhanced

Minecraft Fabric mod — enhanced zombies with unique items, abilities, and configurable block-breaking.

Features

🧟‍♂️ Zombies are now more dangerous than before. Some zombies spawn with special items that make them much harder in combat.
Some zombies can also break certain blocks, configurable via zombie_enhanced_config.json.

Fisher zombie 🎣 Fishing rod Pulls you towards them
Sprinter zombie ⚡ Speed potion Runs faster when you're nearby
Medic zombie ❤️ Healing potion Heals itself when hurt
Brawler zombie 💪 Strength potion Hits harder up close
Ghost zombie 👻 Invisibility potion Disappears from sight at range
Chieftain zombie 💀 Skull banner (head) Makes nearby zombies stronger and summons for help
Smasher zombie ⚒️ Anvil Hits hard + blinds + slows you
Miner zombie ⛏️ Pickaxe Breaks configurable blocks (breakableBlocks in config)
Axe zombie 🪓 Stone axe Just hits harder
Bomber zombie 💣 TNT Explodes after a short timer
Shield zombie 🛡️ Shield + Sword Blocks attacks, shield has limited durability
Igniter Zombie 🔥 Torch Sets target on fire for 4 seconds when hitting

Configuration

  • File: zombie_enhanced_config.json (created automatically in the config folder).
  • Configurable options:
    • breakableBlocks: list of block IDs zombies can mine.
    • zombieItemSpawnChance: chance a zombie spawns with a special item.
    • bannerRadius: radius for Chieftain zombie buffs.
    • digSpeed: mining speed for Miner zombies.
