Use Redstone Converters to transmit a redstone signal. Needs a "direct" input source

Use Dense Cables to transmit multiple signals in a more compact way. Dense Cable Separators always match input colour to output colour.

Use Step-Up and Step-Down Transformers transmit Forge Energy. Be careful not to connect a Redstone Converter, it will get over-powered and explode!

Shift + Right Click with an empty hand to rotate the Dense Cable Separator

Tip: use terminals to prevent cables from connecting
