Features

• Real-time Erosion: Mods such as The Roads More Travelled and Wet Sand create a more immersive weathering experience. You'll notice how the world around you changes as you continue to play!
• WorldGen Overhaul: Terrain and biomes have both been overhauled with multiple mods. If you want a more amplified and larger-scale terrain map, Tectonic is a recommended mod to add to the pack yourself. It is fully compatible with the mods installed.
• Seasons: With Serene Seasons installed, seasons change dynamically as you play. Bathe in glorious fall colors or bask in the summer air.
• Sound Overhaul: Resonance, Sound Physics Perfected and more. Ambient sounds are added and/or changed and caves/enclosed spaces come with realistic reverb.
• VFX/Particles: A heap of particle mods have been installed, completely enhancing and immersifying gameplay.
• Vanilla-Friendly features: Sunbathing Godrays resource pack is included for those who don't run shaders. Mods such as Particle Rain add vanilla-friendly ground fog and enhanced rain/snow particles.

Issues

Please note certain mods such as RoadWeaver or Streams Reflowing might produce inconsistent results. If these results bother you or otherwise interfere with your gameplay experience, please remove these mods.

Process Behind Appalachia

This pack was originally planned out because I wanted to create a very laid-back gaming experience. Inspired by the Appalachian Mountains and hiking trails, this pack was created with exploration in mind.
