Backrooms 71 is passion project of mine that won't be completly finished for a LONG time due to absolute colossal scale I plan for this map to be. It will consist of the first 71 levels of the backrooms. With over 300 straight hours of work put into this, this will be a peak walking simulator.

Background

I started working on this project on Decmeber 2025 because ever since I saw the announcment of the Backrooms movie back in August, it sparked up my intrest in the backrooms yet again. I have been a big fan of the backrooms ever since that infamous 4chan post in 2019, and Ive been playing minecraft since 2016. Since I'm already good at building, I thought, why not combine the two? And so I built, and built, and built, and still am to this day, and will not stop until all 71 levels are finished. No matter how long it takes, however many more years.
