BetterFrames [Fabric]

Added ScalableLux and ThreadTweak which gave a slight increase in terrain gen and fps.

Also added Ksyxis which sped up world loading by 2-3x

Had to remove Faster Random for some reason when combinded with the pack it killed performance, thus negating the massive fps increase 1.2 was supposed to add lmao

ill do more thorough testing from now on, sorry about that

Added Achievements Optimizer, Faster Random, and ThreatenGL,

Sould improve FPS up to 10-30%, far surpassing current performance packs

Added Noisium and Video Tape
